This orange creamsicle mimosa is so good, it will have you convinced you’re lounging on a cabana oceanside with sand between your toes and a slight breeze blowing through your hair. And if you concentrate really hard, you can almost hear the ocean. If you need a vacation like that, this is your new go-to drink!

Orange Creamsicle Mimosa
Equipment
- cocktail shaker
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup coconut water
- 1/4 cup light coconut milk
- 3/4 cup orange juice (I always use light OJ)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 bottle prosecco
- 1 orange for garnish
- maraschino cherries for garnish
Instructions
- Make creamsicle by adding coconut water, light coconut milk, orange juice and vanilla to a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake until chilled.
- To a glass, add ice, desired amount of prosecco and desired amount of the above mixture. This will vary based on how strong you prefer your mimosas. Some prefer 1/2 prosecco and 1/2 creamsicle while others prefer 3/4 prosecco and 1/4 creamsicle. The number of cocktails this recipe makes will vary based on your preferred ratio. If you prefer more creamscicle over prosecco, you may want to double the creamscicle recipe.
- Garnish each with an orange wheel, maraschino cherries and drink umbrellas. Enjoy!
Notes

BAR TOOLS, COCKTAIL PICKS AND DRINKWARE
While the garnishes certainly aren’t necessary to enjoy this orange creamsicle mimosa, they most certainly are fun! You can find all the above garnishes and more on my Amazon storefront.
MOCKTAIL VERSION
You might be wondering how to make this mimosa a mocktail. You can simply omit the prosecco. The orange creamsicle mixture is absolutely delicious on it’s own over ice. You may also want to top it with a bit of sparkling water or sparking coconut water if you enjoy bubbles.
WHAT TO SERVE WITH ORANGE CREAMSICLE MIMOSAS
These mimosas pair perfectly with brunch! Add them to your menu as a starter for when guests arrive or serve them along with your brunch menu. Mimosas, in my opinion, go with everything. What DON’T they go with is the better question! 🙂
