Reese’s Egg Martini

This Reese’s egg martini is the perfect drink to serve in the spring. Reese’s eggs (in my opinion) are an elite Easter candy. It seems they’re everyone’s favorite and this drink is just what the season calls for. Who doesn’t love Reese’s Peanut Butter Eggs?!? Make for a spring gathering or Easter Sunday. It is the perfect way to kick off your celebration. You can also skip the traditional dessert and serve it up after the meal instead.

Reese's egg martini

Ingredients

For the Cocktail

  • 2 ounces peanut butter whiskey
  • 1 ounce creme de cacao
  • 1 ounce fat free half & half
  • 1 drizzle of chocolate syrup

For the Garnish

  • peanut butter to rim the glass
  • 1 Reese's egg or peanut butter cups, chopped to rim the glass
  • 1 Reese's egg (the ones that look like an actual egg) to skewer for garnish

Instructions

  • Garnish each glass with a little peanut butter at the top. Then, chop Reese's eggs or peanut butter cups and pat into peanut butter. Pro tip: make sure to finely chop the eggs before patting on the peanut butter. If the pieces are too heavy, they will slide down the glass. I used regular eggs for the rim and the rounder eggs to add to the cocktail skewer.
  • Shake the cocktail ingredients above over ice until thoroughly chilled. Pour into a coupe or martini glass.
  • This recipe is for one cocktail.
