These white chocolate raspberry swirls are going to be the talk of your next brunch! They are just as beautiful as they are delicious and incredibly easy to make. White chocolate and raspberry is an elite combo for sure. It’s one of my personal favorites. Add in some puff pastry and you’ve got yourself the tastiest treat to add to your brunch menu.

Ingredients
- 1 puff pastry sheet
- 6 ounces Solo raspberry cake & pastry filling
- 1/8-1/4 cup white chocolate chips
- 1 egg (for egg wash)
- powdered sugar to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Thaw 1 sheet of puff pastry until pliable.
- Cut puff pastry sheet in half (lengthwise).
- Spread raspberry cake & pastry filling on one puff pastry sheet.
- Add white chocolate chips as desired. Feel free to add as many as you'd like. The above measurement is simply a guide.
- Lay the other puff pastry on top of the raspberry/white chocolate chip mixture so that the mixture is sandwiched between the puff pastry sheets.
- Using a sharp knife, cut puff pastry into 6 even strips (cut the long side so you have long strips rather than short strips). See photo below.
- Twist each strip and roll into swirls (see photos below), making sure to tuck the ends under the swirls so it stays intact while baking.
- Brush each with egg wash (one egg beaten with 1 tsp water).
- Place on a parchment paper lined baking sheet. Bake at 400 degrees for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown and pastry is cooked through. Every oven is different so bake time may vary, so check at 17 minutes.
- Let cool. Using a sugar duster, sprinkle each with powdered sugar.
- Serve and enjoy!

CAN THIS RECIPE BE DOUBLED?
Yes! These white chocolate raspberry swirls can absolutely be doubled. The above recipe is for 1 pastry sheet, which makes 6. However, you can easily double the recipe to make 12. In fact, I highly recommend it! 🙂
SOLO RASPBERRY CAKE & PASTRY FILLING SUBSTITUTIONS
I highly recommend the brand Solo for this recipe. You’re welcome to use another brand you like, but I find many other brands do not compare in taste to this one. If you can’t find Solo, I recommend using your favorite brand of raspberry jam. Bonne Maman is excellent, but feel free to use your favorite here.
KITCHEN TOOLS AND EQUIPMENT
You will need a few standard kitchen tools for this recipe including a pastry brush for the egg wash and a baking sheet. You can find many of my favorite kitchen tools here.
BRUNCH MENU
These white chocolate raspberry swirls would be perfect as a part of a weekend brunch menu. Serve them alongside eggs, a fruit salad and mimosas. Yum! Just make sure to invite me. 🙂
